Responsibilities and Achievements:
Plan and roll out seasonal promotion & campaign projects according to the marketing calendar. Work closely with channel management team and other branch office to drive business by marketing activities. -Establish the alliance with other business partner to promote company brand and product -In charge of marketing communication events (trade show/exhibition, seminar,forum, VIP tour, press conference, etc.) and advertising issue in line with corporate objectives -Make audience and clients survey and analysis -Handle programs cross projects related to different industries, including chemical, electricity, electronics, auto, etc. Strong media and association network in these industries -Coordinate with clients, media, agents, vendors and group members, balance different networks -Monitor expense concerning PR and make sure under budget -Issue various reports to HK headquarters -Support PR management to fulfil marketing goals Achievements: -Developed strategic Marcom plan in East China -Successful drove systematic PR programs -Built consolidated relationship with key trade media -Increased 15% mass media exposure -Enhance 10% participation rate for key projects -Built Marcom/PR team in Shanghai branch office Report Directly to: Communications Manager
